We recently acted on behalf of a client who was the beneficiary under a will.

The executor of the will had taken from the estate of the deceased a sum upwards of £30,000 that our client would have otherwise been entitled to. Garratts were able to recover this money, in full, with liability having been admitted after formal letter of claim.
