Mr M sustained a tick bite to his leg. The tick bite became swollen and so he attended his GP. The GP correctly prescribed the appropriate type and dose of antibiotics. Unfortunately, there was a dispensing error in that the instructions on the prescription directed our Client to take the antibiotics only once per day when in fact he should have been taking the same three times per day.

This led to a significant delay in the healing period, causing our Client additional and unnecessary pain and suffering.
