Adele began her journey at Garratts in October 2014, joining the Care Department under the guidance of Fran Greenhalgh, the department's Head. Working alongside Fran, Adele has found immense enjoyment in her role, and their rapport is excellent! The team at Garratts has witnessed changes in personnel over the years, but Adele is steadfast in her belief that they have a fantastic team, with all her colleagues, especially Antony Brannick, being outstanding as he is outnumbered by the women.
From Legal Secretary to Integral Team Member
Having devoted 23 years to her career as a Legal Secretary, Adele transitioned into the field of Care in 2006, commencing her journey at other firms before finding her professional home at Garratts. Adele is grateful for the opportunity that Fran and Stephen Garratt granted her many years ago, appreciating that she is seen as an integral part of the team rather than just an employee.
Adele's Future Plans and Continued Dedication
Looking ahead, Adele envisages her next venture to be retirement, albeit that that is a good way off and she is in no rush as she genuinely relishes her time working in the crazily busy and dynamic Care Department of Garratts.
