Meet Our Dedicated Team of Experienced Solicitors
Trainee Solicitor (SQE)
I am a Trainee Solicitor within the care department and I represent clients who are involved in matters with Social Services relating to the welfare of theirs, or their families children. I am very experienced in Family Law, and I specialize in advising clients who are in pre-proceedings (also known as the PLO Process) as well as Care Proceedings which are issued before the Court.
Usually, I will become instructed when clients have social services involvement with their family and social services are considering going to Court. I have a great working relationship with my clients and will always endeavour to go above and beyond to ensure that they receive the best possible advice and outcome. I also advise clients who are being assessed as potential carers for Looked After Children, and will provide them with the necessary information and advice to ensure that their best interests are protected.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my family and my little dog Cooper. I am an avid football fan and go to games regularly!
After working my way up through the ranks, I have chosen to undertake the new route to qualifying as a Solicitor in England & Wales, which is referred to as SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Exam) and I am in the process of completing my Masters Degree in Law after successfully completing my LLB.
I undertake my work under the direct supervision of Frances Greenhalgh, who is the Head of the Care Department.
