Meet Our Dedicated Team of Experienced Solicitors
I am a Paralegal within the care department and I represent clients who are involved in matters with Social Services relating to the welfare of theirs, or their families children. I am very experienced in Family Law, and I specialize in advising clients who are in pre-proceedings (also known as the PLO Process).
Usually, I will become instructed when clients have received a “Letter before Proceedings”. I have a great working relationship with my clients and will always endeavour to go above and beyond to ensure that they receive the best possible advice and outcome. I also advise clients who are being assessed as potential carers for Looked After Children, and will provide them with the necessary information and advice to ensure that their best interests are protected.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends and I am an avid football fan. I am in my final year of University and I am working hard to qualify as a Solicitor.
I am currently undertaking my “Qualifying Work Experience”, which will contribute towards my qualification as a Solicitor in 2024. After working my way up through the ranks, I have chosen to undertake the new route to qualifying as a Solicitor in England & Wales, which is referred to as SQE (Solicitors Qualifying Exam).
I undertake my work under the direct supervision of Frances Greenhalgh, who is the Head of the Care Department.
