Following completion of the law degree and further professional training, I was fortunate to secure a Training Contract with Garratts. I progressed in my role as a Solicitor and in July 2020 I became a Partner of the firm.
I am based predominantly in the Clinical Negligence and General Litigation departments. I am head of the Clinical Negligence Team. General Litigation covers many areas of law including but not limited to: employment matters, general contract disputes, neighbour/boundary disputes and cohabitee disputes.
I recognise that litigation can be a daunting and unfamiliar experience for Clients. I adopt a friendly, down to earth approach to ensure that Clients will find me easy to talk to whilst always achieving the best possible outcomes to their problems.
Outside of work, the scariest thing I have ever done is a charity abseil from the top of the Civic Centre in Oldham...very scary but all for a good cause!
In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, cooking and keeping fit.
